CEDAR CITY — An 88-year-old man was killed after getting trapped beneath a vehicle in Cedar City Wednesday.
About 6:40 p.m., officers responded to a parking lot near 100 N. 100 West on report of an automobile-pedestrian accident and found the man trapped under a vehicle, Cedar City police said. Further details on what occurred leading up to the crash were unavailable.
He was extricated by emergency responders and given medical aid, but the man died from his injuries, police said. His identity has not been released.
