SALT LAKE CITY — Customers using T-Mobile for service, or other mobile virtual network operators like Mint Mobile who rely on the larger company’s towers, are reporting outages across the state.
The outages are reported to have started a little past 11:30 a.m., according to downdetector, with a peak of 19,415 problem reports an hour later.
No official comments have been made by T-Mobile, and many have taken to social media to express frustration, flooding the company’s help account on X, formerly Twitter.
Others are saying their service has come back online as of 1:50 p.m.
